Scope:


Lower and raise Manhole structures, mill 2” of existing pavement, shim to establish crown and cross-slope with 9.5 mm HMA, Surface with 1 ½ inches 12.5mm HMA

Monday 09/28/26 through Friday 10/02/26

  • Mobilize
  • Install traffic control
  • Lower MH on Windjammer Way, Middle Street, Lark Street

Monday 10/05/26 through Friday 10/09/26

  • Resume lowering MH on Spruce St. and Washington Street
  • Costal Road Repair starting Milling on Varney Mill rd., then to Middle St., then to Windjammer Way, Lark Street, Washington Street and finishing on Spruce Street.

Monday 10/12/26 through Friday 10/16/26

  • Start Shimming Varney Mill rd., then to Middle St., then to Windjammer Way, Lark Street, Washington Street and finishing on Spruce Street.
  • Start raising MH structures

Monday 10/19/26 through Friday 10/23/26

  • Finish raising MH structures
  • Start Surfacing Varney Mill rd., then to Middle St., then to Windjammer Way, Lark Street, Washington Street and finishing on Spruce Street.

Monday 10/26/26 through Friday 10/30/26

  • Finish installing surface
  • Clean up and demobilize
